Information we collect

When you submit the contact form, we receive the details you provide — your name, email address, phone number, what you are interested in, an optional property reference, and your message. We also record basic context about the submission, such as the page it came from, the referring site, campaign tags, and the date and time, so Ashley knows how you found her.

How your information is used

Your information is used only to respond to your real estate inquiry and manage related communication. Submissions are stored securely by our hosting provider (Netlify) and recorded in a private lead sheet processed through Google Sheets so Ashley can follow up. You will not be added to marketing lists, and your personal information is not sold.

Future Keller Williams synchronization

In the future, inquiries may also be synchronized to Ashley's Keller Williams customer-management system so she can serve you through her brokerage tools. That synchronization is not active yet and will follow the same principle: your information is used to serve your inquiry, nothing more.

Retention, access, and deletion

Inquiry records are retained so Ashley can assist you over the course of a real estate relationship. You may request a copy of the information you submitted, or ask for it to be deleted, at any time by emailing ashleylandisrealty@outlook.com.
